
At SSG we are passionate about our business and the services we offer.
In line with this we have spent a considerable amount of time working
with customers to develop our bespoke on-line interactive 'Client
Area' that gives us and our customers greater control
over jobs, job specification, ordering consumables and communicating
with each other.

Every job sheet filled out on-site by our team leaders is entered
into the system. This data is then stored in a secure, client specific
area of our database. This job information is then accessible,
via secure login, to clients who can view all job data relevant
to them. Once they have selected a job to view they can then add
comments to the job which will be flagged up and viewed by SSG management.
From within the customer area selected jobs can also be printed or
downloaded. The system displays the most recent jobs first but the
system's 'Archive' feature enables us or clients to go back and view
a job from any point in time.
